Angel's winemaking journey began 15 years ago under the guidance of a detective-turned-mentor, transforming his culinary hobby into something extraordinary. When he met Kathryn, whose refined palate became their quality control cornerstone, their shared love for wine and Toledo sparked a vision that would revitalize the city's winemaking heritage.
