Angel’s passion for winemaking began 15 years ago when he set out to master the art of bringing every flavor to the table. A detective taught him the craft, and what started as a hobby, paired with his love of cooking, evolved into something extraordinary. Along the way, Angel met Kathryn, who brought her refined palate and love for wine to the table, serving the very critical role of quality control. Together, they dreamed of creating something that not only celebrated their shared love for wine but also reflected the vibrant spirit of Toledo—a city they adore.
