As the proprietor of Toledo's Share, Kathryn oversees development, sales, and compliance. With over 15 years of experience, her skills and leadership extend far beyond corporate environments, reaching deep into the community. From her tenure as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at a National Financial Institution to her service on the Toledo Fair Housing Center Board, advocating for and enforcing the Fair Housing Act, Kathryn has demonstrated a commitment to equity and social justice. Additionally, she has served as the CEO of a local non-profit organization, aiding thousands of families in preparing for homeownership and assisting hundreds of individuals in becoming first-time homeowners in historically marginalized communities. Currently, Kathryn is currently a juris doctor candidate, approaching the completion of her final year of law school.
